Time-Consuming Tasks
Complex Strategies
Inconsistent Results
Missed Opportunities
The wrong strategy for your line of insurance

Typically leads start coming in over the first 24 hours. However, keep in mind that all new ads will go into the learning phase. During this time your campaign must convert/generate 50 leads within 7 days to exit this phase. Remember that in this phase, the algorithm is creating your audience based on the parameters we set up, as well as what is the best place to run your ads. This might in the feed, reels, stories, or third party placements. Building a successful ad campaign takes time and although you will see leads in the first few days, real volume and performance will not begin until your audience has been found.
This is a time when a new campaign goes live and the platforms algorithm is creating your audience and understanding how to find it within all the users on the platform. Every campaign must go through this process and in order to exit, the ad must convert/generate 50 leads over a 7 day period. Here is a link to Facebook with more details on the learning phase.

We always want to start campaigns around $80 a day and scale from there. The key to having success with this or any other type of lead is volume. You should work your way to at least 100 -150 leads a week to see the best results. Once the ad is out of learning, we begin the process of scaling your ads to get you the volume needed. This can be $700 a week and some our clients spend as much as $1500 a week once they see the success and how they can easily grow their production by investing more on paid ads.
We recommend at least 15-20 states to start and the agents with the lowest cost per lead are always agent who are licensed in 30+ states. The larger your audience, the faster the ad performs, and the lower the cost per lead you will see.
Yes, we connect your ad campaigns into your CRM. We create a calendar funnel as well, so that every lead that is submitted also has the opportunity to prebook an appointment with you. We also make sure all AI automations, workflows, AI booking bot, and notifications are setup properly to help engage with all leads the second they come in to our CRM.
We have a 3-5 day setup time for all campaigns. This time applies from the moment we have access to both your CRM and Ad Accounts. Without the proper access, we cannot launch your ads. Please make sure to follow your onboarding email instructions and if you have any questions, please reach out to your account manager.
Al of our ads use video creatives that are made in house by our team. We do NOT run bait and switch ads, state funds, or any misleading type of messaging. Our creatives all talk about insurance and there being a cost.
We typically start all campaigns and lead forms with First name, last name, city, state, zip, email, phone number, beneficiary, DOB. As your audience builds we can run additional lead forms with more questions.
You should be calling every leads within 5-10 minutes of you receiving it and you should dial all leads as many times as allowed by TCPA regulations for each state. Activity on your leads is the only way that you will get people on the phone and have a chance to present to them. Our most successful clients are dialing 150-300 dials a day. Keep in mind in order to have this activity you must have the right amount of leads. Calling 30 leads 300 times a day will not do anything for you.
We typically see a range from 5%-12% closing rates on all social media leads generated in a campaign. This varies greatly depending on your activity, sales skill, and proper system. If you find that after 30 days you are closing below 5% you should reach out to your managers/up line and work on sales training and call reviews.
